Building a new Horse Camp

Successful work party weekend in preparation for our annual POW WOW horse camp. Horse camp was logged last year so this year we moved camp closer to the river and are rebuilding. This last weekend the draft horses pulled the plow to open a trench to lay 1500′ of water line. We now have 5 working water spigots throughout camp and a flush toilet ! We built 13 corrals and did lots of brush and stick clean up. AND set the dates! 2015 POW WOW dates are June 18th – 22nd. Next work party for trail clearing is June 13th & 14th. We will see what kind of trouble we can get ourselves into ! Big THANKS to ALL who helped !! What a productive weekend.
